I can't log in to my account
First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. If you still can't access your account, check if your email is correct and ensure you're not using a different sign-in method (e.g., Google vs email). Contact support if issues persist.
My team members aren't receiving invite emails
Ask them to check their spam/junk folder first. Ensure the email address is correct. You can also share the invite code directly—members can enter it at simplestaff.ca/join. If emails consistently fail, contact us to check your domain's deliverability.
The AI schedule isn't following my rules
Double-check that your scheduling rules are properly configured in Team Settings → Rules. Ensure employee qualifications and availability are up to date. The AI only enforces rules that have been explicitly set. Review the schedule generation log for warnings.
Employees can't see their schedules
Make sure the schedule has been published (not just saved as a draft). Check that employees have the correct permissions to view schedules. They may need to refresh their browser or clear their cache if they recently joined the team.
Shift swap requests aren't working
Verify that shift swapping is enabled in your team settings. Both employees must be qualified for each other's shifts. Check that the swap doesn't violate any scheduling rules like rest periods or max hours. Managers may need to approve swaps depending on your settings.
