How to cancel your subscription and what happens to your data.
Before You Cancel
We're sorry to see you go! Before canceling, consider these alternatives:
Downgrade Instead?
If cost is a concern, consider downgrading to a lower-tier plan instead of canceling completely.

How to Cancel
Go to Billing Settings
Navigate to Settings → Billing from the main menu.
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and click the "Cancel Subscription" link.
Select a Reason
We'll ask why you're canceling (this helps us improve). Your feedback is optional but appreciated.
Confirm Cancellation
Review what will happen when you cancel, then click "Confirm Cancellation" to finalize.
Note: Only the account owner can cancel the subscription. If you're not the owner, ask them to cancel or transfer ownership to you first.
What Happens When You Cancel
Access Until End of Billing Period
You'll keep full access until your current billing period ends. If you paid for a year, you have access for the full year.
No More Charges
You won't be charged again after the current period. Annual subscriptions won't auto-renew.
Downgrade to Free Plan
After the billing period ends, your account automatically converts to the Free plan with limited features.
Data Retained for 90 Days
All your schedules, team data, and settings are kept for 90 days. Resubscribe within that time to restore everything.
Cancellation Timeline
| When | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Immediately | Confirmation email sent. "Scheduled to cancel" status shows in billing. |
| Until billing period ends | Full access continues. You can undo the cancellation anytime. |
| End of billing period | Account converts to Free plan. Premium features become inaccessible. |
| After 90 days | Data beyond Free plan limits is permanently deleted. |
What You'll Lose Access To
When your subscription ends, these features will become unavailable:
What you keep: Basic scheduling, shift swaps, mobile app, up to 15 team members, and community support.
Changed Your Mind?
You can undo the cancellation anytime before your billing period ends:
- 1.Go to Settings → Billing
- 2.You'll see a banner: "Your subscription is scheduled to cancel"
- 3.Click "Undo Cancellation"
- 4.Your subscription will continue as normal
Resubscribing Later
If you've already canceled and want to come back:
- Within 90 days: All your data is restored automatically when you resubscribe
- After 90 days: You'll start fresh, but can export your remaining data first

We recommend exporting your data before canceling. You can download:
- •All schedules (CSV or Excel format)
- •Team member information
- •Time-off requests and history
- •Shift swap history
To export: Go to Settings → Data Export and select what you want to download.
