Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
Change your subscription plan anytime to match your team's needs.
How to Upgrade
Upgrading gives you instant access to more features and team members.
Go to Billing Settings
Navigate to Settings → Billing or click your profile → Billing.
Click "Change Plan"
You'll see your current plan highlighted. Click "Upgrade" on a higher tier.
Review Changes
You'll see what new features you're getting and the price difference.
Confirm & Pay
Click "Confirm Upgrade". You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Instant access: New features are available immediately after upgrading. No need to log out or refresh.
How Upgrade Pricing Works
When you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for the remaining days:
Example:
- • Current plan: Team ($29/month)
- • New plan: Pro ($79/month)
- • Days remaining: 15 of 30
- • Prorated charge: ($79 - $29) × (15/30) = $25
Starting next month, you'll be charged the full Pro price ($79).
How to Downgrade
Downgrading reduces your monthly cost but limits some features.
Go to Billing Settings
Navigate to Settings → Billing.
Click "Change Plan"
Select the lower-tier plan you want to switch to.
Review What You'll Lose
We'll show you which features will become unavailable and any action needed (e.g., reducing team size).
Confirm Downgrade
Click "Confirm Downgrade". The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Note: Downgrades don't take effect immediately. You keep your current plan features until your next billing date.
Before You Downgrade
Make sure you're ready for these changes:
Team Size Limits
If your team exceeds the new plan's limit, you'll need to remove members before the downgrade takes effect.
Feature Access
Features like AI scheduling, advanced rules, and integrations may become unavailable depending on the new plan.
Data Retention
Your historical data is preserved, but some reports and analytics may become inaccessible.
Switch Between Monthly & Annual
Save 20% by switching to annual billing:
- 1.Go to Settings → Billing
- 2.Click "Switch to Annual" (or "Switch to Monthly")
- 3.Review the new pricing
- 4.Confirm the change
Switching to annual: You'll be charged the full annual amount immediately, with a credit for any unused time on your monthly plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I lose my data if I downgrade?
No, your data is preserved. However, some features to view or analyze that data may become unavailable on lower plans.
Can I upgrade/downgrade multiple times?
Yes, you can change your plan as often as needed. Each change is prorated fairly based on your billing cycle.
What if I'm on an annual plan?
You can still upgrade immediately (paying the prorated difference). Downgrades take effect at your annual renewal date, or you can contact support for special circumstances.
